Can I get it without traveling to the Philippines?
Yes. You don't need to travel. The exact route depends on your situation and whether you've obtained one before — message us and we'll advise.
Can you handle a US K-1 / CR-1 or immigration case?
Yes. We obtain the NBI Clearance as the police clearance for the Filipino applicant in K-1 fiancé, CR-1/IR-1 spouse and similar immigration cases, mindful of validity against your interview and submission dates.
Do you arrange the apostille?
Yes. When your receiving authority requires it, we arrange DFA apostille authentication so the document is ready to submit.
I have obtained one before. Do I need a new application?
If you have a prior record, you may be able to proceed as a renewal rather than a brand-new application. Share your previous NBI details and we'll advise the fastest route. See the how it works section.
Mine expired while my case was processing.
A common situation. It can often be re-issued quickly as a renewal, timed to be valid for your interview or submission date.
The applicant can't go to the Philippines. Can you obtain it by proxy?
Yes. We obtain it locally under authorization. Depending on the documents, a signed authorization letter and ID copies may be required; we'll guide you on what's needed.
How long does it take?
It depends on new vs. renewal, whether apostille is needed, and the destination. Express handling is available — tell us your deadline.
Where do you deliver?
Worldwide, by tracked international courier. Shipping cost and timing depend on the destination and are included in your quote.
How much does it cost?
Flat, all-inclusive USD pricing (government fees & shipping included): form filing $140 / NBI (PDF) $270 / NBI (original) $320 / NBI + apostille $370 / apostille only $200. See the pricing page for full details. You approve the quote before we begin.
How is this faster than going through the Philippine embassy?
The standard mail route — collecting a fingerprint card at a Philippine embassy or consulate, mailing it to NBI in Manila, and waiting for the return — typically takes 2–3 weeks each way plus 5–10 business days for NBI processing, with no tracking and no visibility into progress. That can stretch to 2 months or more.
Because our local staff in the Philippines obtain the NBI directly, there are no international-mail delays on the inbound leg. We aim to complete standard cases in around 2.5–3 weeks from start to delivery.
Are you affiliated with the NBI or immigration authorities?
No. We are a private document-procurement support service and are not affiliated with the NBI, DFA, or any government agency. Acceptance of documents and approval of any visa or status is decided by the receiving authority.
