When you contact us or place an order, we collect your name, contact details (email, phone), address, visa or immigration information, and the personal information contained in the NBI Clearance we obtain on your behalf (name, date of birth, etc.). We collect only what is necessary for the Service.
We share your information only to the extent necessary to deliver the Service — for example, with our in-country staff and agents in the Philippines who handle procurement and authentication, and with courier companies that ship your documents. We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with third parties except as described above or as required by law.
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss, or destruction. Information that is no longer needed for the purposes above is securely disposed of.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. We will respond promptly after verifying your identity.
